Earlier this month, Rhonda Bentz, the spokesperson for the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace (CDW), appeared on Fox News' Special Report with Brit Hume to discuss the Employee Free Choice Act. Bentz emphasized the importance of protecting private ballot elections for workers when deciding on whether to join a union. This was in contrast to remarks made by Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) who also appeared on the program in support of the scheme. To view the segment click here.
