Webinar Description:

“Effectively Communicating Sustainability” is an hour long program that takes what we already know about concrete’s sustainability along with the recently released MIT research results and incorporates that information with a Communications 101 course, geared toward helping attendees understand what it takes to improve our communication skills.

Whether it’s talking to a customer one on one, speaking to a group of engineers or meeting someone for the first time, being prepared to communicate effectively does not come easy to many of us. Having a specific goal of what you want to communicate is just one of the many steps that effective communicators employ.

This course will review concrete’s sustainability then offer strategies to attendees to improve their ability to effectively communicate those sustainable aspects. Concrete industry management, sales and technical service personnel could all benefit from participating in this course.
