The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and Arizona State
University (ASU) just concluded the fifth annual Concrete
Sustainability Conference: Focus on Sustainable Development, in
Tempe, AZ. The fifth annual conference provided learning
and networking opportunities on the latest advances, technical knowledge,
continuing research, tools and solutions for sustainable concrete
construction. Researchers, academics, students, engineers, architects,
contractors, concrete producers, public works officials, material suppliers
and concrete industry professionals attended, submitted papers and
gave presentations.
